Shipping, Orders & Delivery:

Is shipping included in the price?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size of the item, the type of product ordered, and the delivery location. This allows you to pay accurate shipping rates rather than having inflated shipping costs built into every product price.

Because many items are made-to-order through my print partner, production time and shipping time are calculated separately. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Can I send an order directly as a gift?

Yes, of course! Simply enter the recipient’s name and shipping address during checkout instead of your own.

If you’d like to include a gift message, you may leave a gift note at checkout and I’ll include it whenever possible depending on the product and fulfillment method.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All of my products are made-to-order especially for you once your purchase is placed. Because of this, orders typically require production time before shipping.

Most items are produced within several business days, after which shipping time will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way. Most orders arrive within 5-10 days after production.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Because many items move into production quickly after an order is placed, changes or cancellations may only be possible within a *very* short window of time. If you need assistance, please contact me as soon as possible and I’ll do my best to help. Please double check your order details before completing checkout.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because each item is made especially for you, returns and refunds are not accepted. However, if your print arrives damaged or there is a printing error, please contact me within 7 days with photos and I will happily work with the printer to make it right. Your satisfaction means the world to me.

Products & Print Details:

Are your prints signed?

At this time, only original paintings are personally signed. All prints are professionally produced and shipped through my trusted print partner in order to provide the highest possible print quality, consistent color accuracy, and reliable delivery times.

Each print is created with great care and attention to detail, even though it may not be individually hand-signed by me.

Will the colors look exactly the same in person as they do on my screen?

Colors can appear slightly different from one screen to another depending on your device settings, brightness, monitor calibration, and lighting conditions. I work very carefully to ensure my artwork is photographed and reproduced as accurately as possible, but slight variations between digital screens and printed products are completely normal.

In many cases, customers tell me the artwork looks even more beautiful in person because prints often reveal texture, depth, and color richness that screens simply cannot fully capture.

Do you offer custom sizing for prints or artwork?

Occasionally, yes. Some artwork may be available in additional sizes depending on the product type, print format, or original file dimensions.

If you are looking for a size that isn’t currently listed, feel free to reach out through the contact form with the artwork title and the size you are hoping for. While custom sizing is not always possible, I’m happy to review the request whenever I can.

For original paintings, sizing availability will naturally vary from piece to piece.

How do I hang a canvas print on my wall?

All canvas prints arrive ready to hang and can typically be installed using standard picture hanging hardware, nails, or wall hooks depending on the size and weight of the piece. I recommend checking the product description for specific details before purchasing.

If you are renting, prefer minimal wall damage, or simply want an easier option, removable picture hanging strips designed for heavier artwork can also work beautifully for many canvas sizes.

I purchased a photo paper poster.  What’s the best way to display it?

Photo paper prints are flexible art prints with a soft sheen finish that look best framed. For the best appearance and protection, I recommend placing your print in a frame behind glass or acrylic.

Depending on the size and your personal style, you can use a traditional frame, magnetic poster hanger, clip frame, or removable hanging solutions designed for lightweight artwork.  *Creative Tip: If professional framing is out of your budget, I recommend Hobby Lobby - they have terrific sales and an easy website if you do not have a physical location near you.  I also suggest you go and wander through thrift stores - you can find excellent frames at very low prices.  If it’s the right size, but not an ideal color, just break out a small paintbrush and craft paint, or use a can or spray paint and fix it up yourself - you can do it!

I’m not allowed to put holes in my walls. Are there other ways to hang artwork?

Absolutely. There are many renter-friendly ways to display artwork without damaging your walls. Depending on the size and weight of the piece, removable adhesive picture strips, leaning framed artwork on shelves or furniture, magnetic poster hangers, easels, can all work beautifully.

For paper posters and small canvases, you can even use sticky-tack or blue painter’s tape.  I encourage you to get creative with how you display art - your home should feel inspiring and personal, even if you’re in a temporary space.

Are your products sustainably made?

Whenever possible, I try to make thoughtful choices that reduce unnecessary waste and overproduction. Many of the products in my shop are created through a made-to-order process, which means items are produced *only* after an order is placed rather than being mass manufactured and stored in large quantities.

While no production process is perfectly waste-free, this approach helps minimize excess inventory and allows me to offer a wider variety of artwork and products in a more intentional way. I believe beautiful things should be created thoughtfully, and that philosophy carries into both my artwork and the way my shop operates.

When I work with design clients, I also encourage incorporating secondhand, thrifted, vintage, or repurposed pieces whenever possible. Some of the most meaningful spaces are created by thoughtfully reimagining items that already exist and making them uniquely your own.

Services & Consultations:

How do I know if your design consultation services are the right fit for me?

My consultations are best suited for people who are looking for thoughtful creative direction, honest feedback, fresh perspective, and encouragement rather than a large corporate-style design experience.

You do not need to have a massive budget, a perfectly finished home, or every detail figured out before reaching out. Many clients simply feel stuck, overwhelmed, unsure where to begin, or unable to pull their ideas together cohesively. Others already have a strong vision but want a trusted creative eye to help refine and elevate it.

Whether we are discussing a single room, color palette, artwork placement, furniture layout, or the overall feeling you want your home to have, my goal is always to help you create a space that feels deeply personal, inspiring, and authentically yours.

Because I intentionally keep my schedule limited, I thoughtfully review each project inquiry to ensure the collaboration feels aligned for both of us.

Can we really accomplish much in a one-hour design consultation?

Absolutely!  Spend a focused hour with me to receive personalized guidance and fresh ideas.  By the end of our session, you’ll have greater design clarity and creative momentum.

During our session, I can help you refine your vision, troubleshoot difficult spaces, discuss layout ideas, narrow down color palettes, identify missing design elements, suggest artwork placement, review furniture selections, or simply help you feel less overwhelmed and more confident moving forward.

Many people don’t necessarily need a full-scale interior designer - they simply need an experienced creative eye, honest feedback, encouragement, and a clear sense of direction. That’s exactly what these sessions are designed to provide and I am confident that I can help you.

Do you accept commissioned artwork requests?

Occasionally, yes. I selectively accept a limited number of commissioned projects when the concept feels creatively aligned with my artistic style, schedule, and current workload.

If you are interested in commissioning a piece, please reach out through the inquiry form with details about your vision, preferred size, timeline, color palette, and any inspiration images you’d like to share. While I cannot guarantee availability for every request, I always appreciate hearing your ideas and learning more about your project.

I’d like to meet you in person - Do you travel for art shows, design projects, or creative coaching sessions?

Occasionally, yes. From time to time, I participate in art shows and creative events.  I also accept interior design or creative coaching projects outside of the Greenville, South Carolina area when the project feels especially aligned and manageable within my schedule. Travel-related expenses for out-of-town projects are typically the responsibility of the client and are always discussed in advance.

I like your artistic style but I don’t see exactly what I am looking for.  Do you have any other art available for purchase?

Yes, I have many other paintings that I have not released yet.  Follow along on social media to see new releases and recent work.  Reach out with a question and I’ll let you know if I have a piece that fits your individual needs, even if it hasn’t been released to the public yet.

Do you offer discounts or coupon codes?

Not very often. I work hard to keep my pricing thoughtful and fair year-round while still maintaining high-quality materials and production standards.

Sometimes I offer special promotions, limited releases, or seasonal sales through my social media channels.  Following along there is the best way to stay informed about any future offers or new collection launches.
