Kitchen - Before
This large kitchen was drab and dated, weighed down by a mundane color scheme and very tight budget. The challenge was to design an elegant and cheerful space without expensive changes. It was not an option to give it a complete makeover, like paint the cabinets or replace the dark countertops and medieval light fixture. The space needed a transformation that would feel fresh and inviting without breaking the bank.
After ~
Angelyn worked her magic to turn this space into a bright and beautiful kitchen! She hand-painted the existing ceramic tile backsplash and chandelier with a custom touch, infusing the space with unique charm. A custom doggy gate, three chic barstools, and carefully chosen accessories added warmth and style. The upcycled chandelier sparkled, while a fresh coat of paint on the walls tied it all together. Angelyn created a joyful kitchen that proves stunning design is possible on any budget!
Sitting Room ~ Before
This sitting room was a dark, dreary space that felt heavy and unwelcoming. The dim lighting and outdated vibe hid the beauty of the built-in cabinets. The challenge was to lighten and brighten it quickly and without major renovations.
After ~
Angelyn transformed this sitting room into a lovely and comfortable oasis. Soft, peaceful paint colors bathed the space in light, while glossy porcelain-blue paint on the built-in cabinets added a pop of sophistication. Cozy yet beautiful furniture invited relaxation, and a sleek frame TV paired perfectly with original artwork on the walls. This sitting room radiates calm elegance, proving that the right accessories and paint colors can make a big impact!
Living Room ~ Before
The living room felt small and downright depressing, suffocated by dark colors that closed in the space. The existing furniture and carved marble mantle were keepers, but their dated look needed a glamorous lift. The ceiling lacked character, and the room craved a bold, stylish update. Angelyn Studio was tasked with bringing light and luxury - without starting from scratch.
After ~
The new living room exudes sophistication with a touch of glam. Angelyn applied a custom three-layer metallic paint process to the ceiling, creating a shimmering masterpiece that made the room feel larger. The ugly fan was replaced by a chandelier from a different room. She hand-painted it with a pearlescent shimmer to soften the dark brass. The carved marble mantle was impressive, but needed a color change, so she hand-painted it to gleam like white quartz. Angelyn’s beautiful abstract painting in an oversized mirrored frame elevated the fireplace to become the room’s focal point. Angelyn Studio blended existing pieces with fresh flair, crafting a chic space that sparkles with personality!
Main Bedroom ~ Before
This bedroom was a long, dull rectangle that felt more like a hallway than a sanctuary. Its lackluster vibe and outdated details didn’t inspire rest or relaxation. The existing furniture had to stay, but the space needed a major dose of elegance and warmth. The challenge was to create a dreamy retreat with minimal changes.
After ~
Angelyn turned this bedroom into a peaceful haven of serenity! A soft porcelain-blue paint graced the trim, crown molding, and mantle, adding timeless elegance. The ceiling became a work of art with three layers of metallic paint, shimmering like a starry night. Fresh bedding, an elegant chandelier, and one of her original paintings over the fireplace brought warmth and sophistication, transforming this once-boring space into a luxurious retreat.
Bathroom ~ Before
This bathroom was solidly built, but stuck in the past with an outdated color scheme and tired details. The granite countertops and floors had to stay, limiting options for a full overhaul. The large bathtub and overall aesthetic felt drab, craving a modern, luxurious update. Angelyn Studio faced the challenge of creating a stunning transformation on a tight budget.
